This time ’round, we’ll see Robert Pattinson play the role of Batman/Bruce Wayne. Pattinson is most known for playing Edward Cullen in the “Twilight” series. Many fans online criticized the move to cast Pattinson as Batman, with many saying they can’t picture Edward from “Twilight” being a convincing Batman. Very similar to the backlash that was sent Heath Ledger’s way when he was cast as The Joker in 2008’s “The Dark Knight”… and we know how well that worked out. This teaser trailer turned all the backlash online into pure hype!
