Three students at Bracebridge and Muskoka Lakes Secondary School (BMLSS) have returned from the OFSAA Track and Field Championships held at the University of Guelph this past week with some impressive results.
Emma Chilton finished 9th in the 400-metre hurdles, Gracelyn Larkin finished 6th and 11th in the 1500 and 800 metre and Matt Larkin finished 8th in the 400, and a second, taking home a silver medal in the 800 metre.

Matt Larkin will find out soon if he will make the National Team.
If he does, he will compete in international events in Mexico and the Carribean in August and September.
Track Coach and BMLSS Teacher Corbie Kent tells Country 102 that another highlight of the year is that Gracelyn Larkin is off to the University of New Mexico next year on a Division One Track Scholarship.
