The Southern Georgian Bay Association of Realtors is merging with the Lakelands Realtors Association.
The new group will be called the Trillium Realtors association and include realtors from Simcoe, Grey, Muskoka, Haliburton, and Parry Sound
The organization will represent about 1500 real estate professionals.
The merger takes effect on Oct. 1, pending approval from the provincial and national real estate associations.
