A 26 year old Parry Sound ATV driver faces multiple charges including impaired driving.

April 13 at 11 pm police were conducting traffic enforcement saw a person showing signs of impairment leave a gas station on Bowes Street on an ATV.

The ATV was stopped and as a result of the investigation, was also charged with fail to comply with probation, operation while prohibited, drive without plates, drive off-road without insurance and driving while under suspension.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court May 29th.
