Following the investigation of a serious motor vehicle collision on Highway 60 in Huntsville, one driver has now been charged.

On September 6th, 2023, at approximately 6:00 pm, Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Muskoka Paramedic Services, Huntsville-Lake of Bays Fire Department, and the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 60 in the area of Fairyview Drive. Two sport utility vehicles were involved in the collision.

As a result of the collision a 40 year old from Huntsville was charged with one count of careless driving causing bodily harm contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and will appear at the Provincial Offences Court at a later date.
