The northbound lanes were closed just before the noon hour Wednesday on Hwy 11 near Sparrow Lake Route D in Gravenhurst following a serious collision.
Traffic is being rerouted.
Motorists are asked to use caution in the area for the time being.
The closure is expected to remain in effect for several hours.
