Huntsville Sports Hall Of Fame Inductee Don McCormick has died.

His family says Don passed away a week ago at Algonquin Grace Hospice following a battle with cancer.

He was Science Department Head at Huntsville High School until his retirement in 1997 and also entered into local politics as a Town Councillor in the early 1970’s.

Don McCormick was 80 years old.
