Development charges are going up Jan 1st in Huntsville.

Development charges must be paid when vacant land is developed for expansion of a commercial development and are payable when building permits are issued.

If you already have an application under review with the Town, you should pay outstanding fees and charges before the end of the year, otherwise, the new 2021 fee will be applied.
