Two people are dead following a crash between a dump truck and passenger vehicle in Parry Sound.

It happened last night around 9 pm on Parry Sound Drive.

19-year-old Jaidyn Phillis of McDougall Township and 19-year-old Mukonda Chizelu of Toronto are the victims.

The occupant of the dump truck was not injured.

The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash continues.
