A reindeer who escaped his pen six days ago at Santa's Village is currently at large.
The Bracebridge Theme Park's GM Jamie Hopkins tells Country 102 that he snuck through an opening he created by rubbing his antlers against the fence.
The park has created an isolated compound for him to return to, which has been baited in an attempt to draw him back home.
Hopkins says it looks like he has been back maybe once or twice already, but this could also have been whitetail deer who are hitting the bait.
The important thing is he's very friendly and likely just out sowing his oats. The reindeer hasn't travelled too far yet either – the latest sighting of him today was along Highway 11.
Hopkins says the park also has someone out keeping tabs on him too.
