According to CTV news, Marco Muzzo has been denied day parole.
Muzzo had his parole hearing today in Gravenhurst. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison back in March 2016 in connection with a collision that left nine-year-old Daniel Neville-Lake, five-year-old Harrison Neville-Lake, two-year-old Milly Neville Lake and 65-year-old Gary Neville dead.
Muzzo was reportedly about three times over the legal limit of alcohol while behind the wheel. The parole board today also said no to his full parole.
Until today, Muzzo had been eligible for day parole this Friday, a full parole in May and statutory release on June 18, 2022.
He now has the chance to appeal the board's decision.
